We are proud to announce that Chloe Cole, a national advocate against subjecting minors to gender-reassignment procedures, will have her day in court. Her trial against Kaiser Foundation Hospitals is scheduled for April 5, 2027.
Chloe’s case stems from life-altering medical interventions she received at the age of 15, including hormones and a double mastectomy. Represented by the Center for American Liberty, Chloe is seeking accountability and justice—not only for herself but for other children who could be at risk of irreversible harm from similar procedures.
More on Chloe’s case here.
“After years of fighting for the voices of my generation to be heard, I’ve been given a date for trial,” Chloe said. “Every victim, every family who spoke up, every step in the culture, all lead to this moment. I’ve waited for my day in court, not just for my sake, but for that of every child who should’ve been protected from irreversible harm. The tears, the hard work, and the sacrifices I’ve made in my life for this cause will finally come to fruition. Kaiser Permanente must be held accountable for the crimes that forever changed my life and so many others.”
